Turns out, the Purple Palm has an authentic link to the original barrel-aged cocktails of the 1930s. Back in the Prohibition-era, when bootleggers invited Hollywood’s glam crowd to what was then our members-only hideaway, was a time when the barrel-aged cocktail was born. Today, we’ve resurrected many of those recipes, added a dash of intrigue and voila! You’ve got the smoky, silky concoction that made those classics so famous. We’ve taken our barrel-aged cocktails beyond Negronis and Manhattans to new flavor heights.
